  1. Emma Good evening, thank you for calling Magic Shine Auto Spa. My name is Emma, how may I assist you today?
  2. Caller Hi, Emma. I need to get my clear detailed.
  3. Emma I'd be happy to help you get your car detailed! What kind of vehicle do you have?
  4. Caller A Silverado.
  5. Emma Great! And what year is your Silverado?
  6. Caller It's a '25.
  7. Emma Perfect! So I have a 2025 Silverado. What type of detailing service are you interested in? We have several options ranging from our Quick services all the way up to our comprehensive packages like the Magic Complete Detail, Magic Premium, or Magic Ultimate Detail.
  8. Caller I just need
  9. Emma I'm listening, what are you looking for?
  10. Caller It's a little muddy.
  11. Emma Got it, so you're looking to get the mud cleaned up. Are you wanting just the exterior washed, or would you like both the exterior and interior cleaned?
  12. Caller Oh, just the in interior.
  13. Emma Perfect! For interior cleaning on your 2025 Silverado, I'd recommend our Magic Interior Detail. For a large truck like yours, that would be $169. This includes thorough cleaning of your seats, carpets, dashboard, door panels, and all the interior surfaces. Now, since you mentioned it's muddy, if there's mud ground into the carpets or seats, I'd actually suggest adding our Shampoo Carpets and Seats service for an extra $75. That does a deep extraction cleaning to really pull out any embedded dirt and mud from the fibers. Would you like to include that?
  14. Caller Yes, please.
  15. Emma Excellent! So we'll do the Magic Interior Detail plus the Shampoo service, that'll be $244 total for your 2025 Silverado. When were you looking to bring it in?
  16. Caller Do you have anything available this Thursday?
  17. Emma Yes! For this Thursday, February 26th, I have 8:00 AM available. Would that work for you?
  18. Caller Yeah. That works.
